Courier Delivery Options
Shipping transit times are calculated starting from the moment your order completes the production phase.
- Standard Ground Delivery: Our most economical choice for non-urgent shipments. Transit times typically range from 1 to 7 business days depending on your distance from our production hubs.
- Expedited Shipping: A priority service for projects with tighter deadlines. Orders typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days for most metropolitan areas.
- Express / Overnight: Our fastest delivery tier for critical projects. This service offers guaranteed arrival times (e.g., by 10:30 AM or 12:00 PM) on the next business day following production.
- Regional Courier Service: For clients in high-density zones—including the Whitby, Oshawa, and Greater Toronto Area—we often utilize specialized regional couriers to ensure faster, more direct handling of your packages.
Tracking & Fulfillment
- Real-Time Updates: A unique tracking number is generated and attached to your order the moment it is dispatched from our facility.
- Status Monitoring: You can monitor your shipment’s progress through your Account Dashboard or via the courier’s portal.
- Secure Packaging: All items, from Custom Boxes to Large Format Graphics, are packed using reinforced materials to prevent damage during transit.
Important Delivery Notes
- Production vs. Transit: Please remember that “Turnaround Time” refers to the time it takes to manufacture your product. “Shipping Time” is the additional duration the courier takes to deliver the finished goods to your door.
- Address Accuracy: To prevent delays, please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been picked up by the courier.
- Delivery Windows: Carriers typically deliver between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
