Artwork & Technical Setup

What file format should I use for my artwork?
  • We strongly recommend exporting all files into PDF format with bleeds included.
  • All artwork must be created in CMYK color mode at 300 dpi to ensure high-quality, professional results.
    • Bleeds ensure your artwork reaches the very edge of the product after cutting.
    • We require a 1/16 inch bleed on all sides of your file.
  • Outlining text converts fonts into vector paths, preventing errors if we do not have your specific font installed.
  • Embedding images ensures they are permanently saved within your file so they don’t disappear during processing.

Ordering & Fulfillment

Can I download a template for my project?
  • Yes, we provide perfectly sized templates for products like Aluminum Signs, Banners, and Business Cards directly on the product pages.
  • You can view live status updates and tracking numbers through your Account dashboard once your order is dispatched.
  • Yes, we utilize a Guaranteed Safe Checkout that supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Changes can only be made if the order has not yet entered the “In Production” phase. Please contact us immediately via our Contact page for assistance.

Shipping & Quality

How fast is delivery?
  • Delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout, ranging from Standard Ground (1–7 business days) to Express Overnight.
  • If there is a manufacturing error, we will provide a reprint at no additional cost.
  • Quality concerns must be reported within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Because our products are custom-manufactured to your specs, we cannot offer refunds for customer errors such as spelling mistakes or low-resolution files.
