Quality Guarantee & Manufacturing Defects
If we make a manufacturing error or if your product is defective, we will make it right.
- Reprint Solution: Our primary commitment for defective goods is to provide a complete reprint of the order at no additional cost to you.
- Reporting Timeline: Any quality concerns must be reported through our Contact page within 7 business days of receiving your order.
- Evidence Required: To process a claim, please provide clear digital photographs documenting the defect. On certain occasions, we may request the return of the product for a full quality inspection.
Custom Order Exceptions
Due to the highly personalized nature of custom printing, we cannot offer returns, reprints, or refunds for issues outside of our manufacturing control, such as:
- Customer Content Errors: This includes typos, spelling mistakes, or design errors in the provided artwork.
- File Preparation Issues: Quality issues resulting from artwork that does not meet our Specs & File Setup requirements (such as low-resolution images, incorrect bleeds, or non-CMYK color modes).
- Incorrect Selections: Selecting the wrong size, material, or quantity during the checkout process.
Order Cancellations
- Production Status: You may cancel an order for a full refund only if the order status is “Received.”
- In Production: Once an order moves into the “In Production” phase, the manufacturing process is automated and cannot be reversed. At this point, the order is final and non-refundable.
Shipping Damage
- Prompt Documentation: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- Reporting Window: If the packaging or product appears damaged during transit, take photos of the damaged box and contents. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we can facilitate a claim with the courier service.
